Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity. It is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy. Crossfit is also the principal strength and conditioning program for the police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations teams, champion martial artist, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. I am a certified ACE Advanced Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer. I am also certified NASM Personal Trainer and Crossfit level 2 instructor. Possessing an extreme dedication to my profession, I will absoluely go the extra mile to help anyone attain their fitness goals.
This is a "free" class that is dedicated to achieving and maintaining a higher level of fitness and is totally open to anyone who shares this same dedication.
